I'm Rafael Mello, a Junior Software Engineer and IT Professional passionate about technology. I've been building and working with computers and video equipment from an early age—Macs and PCs. As a quick learner, tinkerer, and self-starter, I thrive on solving complex technical challenges.
Currently working at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Consultation Agent and Apple Certified Technician, I combine hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service skills. My background includes hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and IT support, complemented by certifications in Apple device repair and TestOut PC Pro.
